Taxi Box

TaxiBox customers often have a lot of questions before they agree to hire a TB. The website has a list of FAQ’s but they wanted to make finding out information quick and easy whilst showing the customer the TaxiBox personality.

Video seemed like the ideal medium.

We looked at the key areas that their customers had questions about and set about producing 4 videos that looked at

• Showing Who TaxiBox are – what their team and business personality is.
• Showing What a TaxiBox actually is
• How to prepare your items for storage
• How to pack a TaxiBox

Working with the right team is always important for any creative project, I worked again with Clark Spendelow from Sky Foundary. The team was split between 3 states, shot in Melbourne, edited in Adelaide with myself and client in NSW.

Because TaxiBox is a young and vibrant business we wanted to set their brand style and personality. Show the people within the business and how passionate they are about the role they play in the storage of their customer’s belongings.

We decided to look at the series of videos as a TV series where we introduce the key team members in each area of the business. We created a TV style intro and outro based on the hip TV show The Inbetweeners, following the graphical style of the website. The videos were a fly on the wall documentary style, where we interviewed the key players and showed the real personalities of the business.

TaxiBox was extremely happy with the outcome, the videos are now on their website and helping customers understand and connect with TaxiBox as a business.
